• Preserve, protect, and
restore the fisheries of Delaware, Pennsylvania,
Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington
DC,
• Provide educational opportunities for our
members, our youth and the public to learn about fly
fishing, fly tying and the protection of our fishery
resources.
• Prepare the next generation of fly fishers to
care for our fisheries better than we and our
predecessors have.
We hope to achieve these goals through service. In some
organizations, people are always asking "What do I get
for my dues?" In the MAC, we are looking beyond the
"What's in it for me?" crowd, and are searching instead
for those who step up to the stream and ask "How can I
help?" Ultimately, things get done by people who want
to participate and decide to give of themselves, and
those that "do" will be rewarded with experiences and
lifelong friendships that no amount of money can buy.
